BrilliantSmiles teeth whitening system has been formulated to provide maximum results without costly and time consuming visits to the dentist. When used for just a couple of hours a day you'll have noticeably whiter teeth within 2 weeks.

 It takes just 4 simple steps to start whitening your teeth:

 

	Step 1:  Boil a pan of water and remove it from the heat. Hold your mouthpiece  in the water for 5 to 10 seconds using the plastic disc. You will see the mouthpiece soften and begin to wilt. NOTE - Keeping the mouthpiece submerged too long will cause it to shrink.
	Step 2:  Let it cool a bit and place the softened mouthpiece into your mouth. Press it against the front of your teeth with your fingers and against the back of your teeth with your tongue. Let it cool and your mouthpiece is now perfectly moulded to your teeth. NOTE - You will only need to conduct the boil-n-bite procedure once for each mouthpiece and not each time you conduct your whitening session.
	Step 3:  Squeeze whitening gel into the front of your mouthpiece.  NOTE - Some people find it easier to rub the whitening gel directly onto their teeth before inserting the mouthpiece.
	Step 4:  Place mouthpiece over your teeth for 1-2 hours. Repeat this procedure for both upper and lower teeth once per day until you are happy with the whitening results.

TIPS - You must form your mouthpieces in order to achieve the best results from the Boil-n-Bite Whitening Kits. However, you do not need a perfect mould of your teeth for your dental whitening system to be effective. Whilst the process of forming your custom moulded mouthpiece is simple, we provide an extra in each kit so that you can experiment if needed. If the mouthpiece seems too big, put it back into the hot water and it will shrink to fit any sized mouth. If you need to adjust the shape of the mouthpiece, simply repeat steps 1 and 2.  When the moulding process is complete and you are happy with your mouthpieces, cut off the holding-tabs for a comfortable fit.
