By using BrilliantSmiles products you
accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:
If any problems are experienced whilst
using the product you will discontinue use immediately and
consult your dentist or doctor.
You will not use the product if you are
pregnant or nursing unless you have consulted your dentist or
doctor.
You do not have loose or decayed teeth
or periodontal disease (gum disease).
You do not have loose crowns, veneer or
bridgework.
You acknowledge that this product will
not whiten dental work i.e. crowns, veneers fillings and bridges
etc.
You acknowledge that employees and
staff of BrilliantSmiles are not dentists.
BrilliantSmiles cannot be held
responsible, economically or in any other way, for any
inconvenience caused by this product or misuse of it.
BrilliantSmiles products should not be
used by anyone under the age of 18.
You are not allergic to the active
ingredients in the product. You accept that Carbamide Peroxide may cause
some sensitivity during its use which generally disappears after
4-5 days.
Refunds will be given at the discretion
of the company management. |
